Learners Tests provide free learner driver licence practice test questions for every Indian state. The practice tests are based on the 2019 RTO/RTA driver’s manual and designed by our team of safety experts to imitate the official learners test for your state.

This test contains over 300 questions that are similar to the actual test.

The first step to driving a motor vehicle is to obtain a Learner’s Licence. To obtain a learner licence one have to apply to the licencing authority of his jurisdiction where the applicant resides or carries business. The Zonal Transport Department in Uttar Pradesh issues licences, both learner’s and permanent, to those who apply for the same. Learners Licence can be obtained from your nearest RTO office after submitting the application with document proof and fee. This is valid for 6 months period. Practise our sample tests for free as many times as you need to – until you’re ready to take the real thing! Our questions are based on the official Driving Manual (2019) and use the same scoring system used at RTO. No person shall drive a motor vehicle in any public place unless he holds an effective driving licence issued to him by the Licensing Authority, authorising him to drive the vehicle.
